Guidelines of Arabia CSR & Sustainability Awards
- The Arabia CSR & Sustainability Awards has something to offer for every organisation through its 16 categories, be it a private business, a social entrepreneurship or a government institution.
- The Arabia CSR & Sustainability Awards – in their respective categories – are open to all organisations that are operating in the GCC, the Levant and North Africa region who are implementing CSR and Sustainability practices in their operations. Past Arabia CSR & Sustainability Awards winners are also encouraged to participate again. Multinational enterprises that are not headquartered in the Arab region but have their subsidiaries operating in the Arab region are eligible for participation provided that a CSR/sustainability management structure exists in the GCC, Levant and North Africa region and if the entry can identify policies and practices specific to Arab countries.
- The online application process is the starting point for applicants. After registration and payment processing, they need to furnish details of their organisation, which includes supporting material required to spruce up their candidacy for the Award.
- After the close of registration, the applications are evaluated by an independent jury panel that checks and verifies the details provided.
- The jury will score the applicants based on the strength of their application and accompanying evidence materials as well as the provision of sufficient examples.
- All aspects of the organisation with regards to its commitment to CSR and sustainability is evaluated and judged and compared with the rest of the competing organisations in the category.
- The Winners are announced at the Arabia CSR & Sustainability Awards Gala.
- The results are verified by independent internationally reputed third party assurance providers.
